The proposal
Hibiscus is, first of all, a proposal that intends to promote the reception, with the aim to create a place that valorizes the hospitality, typical of the people who live in the South of Italy, and the local culture. But Hibiscus is also a proposal of solidarity because a percentage of the daily rate of every guest is devolved to support a Cooperation Project in a poor Country of the South of the world. The initiative intends to share and support the campaign "Giving Back Childhood", promoted by the NGO "Associazione Italiana Amici di Raoul Follereau - AIFO", with the aim of providing a future to thousands of children that live without drinkable water, without access to education and health, affected by leprosy, with disabilities, marginalized.
